I have been a client of Karen's since 1992 when she made my custom wedding dress. Since then both my daughters have made purchase's for Valedictory, deb & special occasions.I have purchased for my daughters engagement, the service provided by Karen and her team are exceptional. There is a large range of lifestyle dresses, special occasion dresses and all the accessories to complete your look.

This is my favourite shop in Geelong..They are always so nice and accommodating..If i need clothing or a present for a friend ..i go here 🥰🥰

I went into Pearls and Roses by myself while planning my surprise wedding. Karen and her team were so helpful providing honest opinions, keeping within my budget and keeping the secret! I am so happy with the dress for my wedding, it fit perfectly and was so comfortable, couldn’t be happier with my choice!!

Both my Mum and I organised all our dresses for my Wedding through Karen and the beautiful team.Between the two of us, we purchased four dresses, and had an additional two tailored to fit perfectly. As well as accessories. As soon as I met Karen I knew she was the person to make my dress for my sons wedding. She was so fabulous to work with, nothing was too much trouble. And my dress was EXACTLY what I had pictured. I can’t recommend Pearl bridal enough! All the ladies there were so professional, friendly and patient. I went back 3 times before I said yes to my dress, and they were just as patient and lovely with me each time. I was so so happy with my dress, it was such a dream to be able to find my perfect dress at such an amazing store.

Karen was amazing when altering my wedding dress bought at a seperate store. Karen was easy to book in with, was very knowledgeable in the alterations appointment and quoted the job very reasonably. Part of my alterations was a redesign of the bodice to take away the sleeve design, this was a tricky job but Karen made it look easy and the final product is seamless. Wow, what can I say…I can’t speak more highly of Karen and her amazing team. I found an incredible pink bridal coat online, but being from an international Haute Couture designer it was not within our budget. I took the picture of the coat to Karen as inspiration and she was able to recreate it for me exactly, in my opinion far better than the original version. She absolutely exceeded my expectations and created the most amazing, jaw dropping piece. From the moment I met her she was incredibly kind and accomodating, making the whole process extremely special and fun! She is truly talented at her craft, extremely hard working and I couldn’t recommend her more. A massive thank you again to Karen and her team, what an unforgettable experience, one I will cherish forever!

I’ve never seen a French Bustle before but loved how it looked and everyone commented on how it made the dress stand out from other wedding dresses.It was princess energy!The alterations were done quickly as well but nothing was compromised.

I can’t even find the right words on how thankful I am to Karen and her team for doing the alterations on my wedding dress.After an awful experience with another bridal shop, Karen turned it all around and just made a brand new bridal experience for me. Exceptional service by Karen & her staff with helping me with my Mother of the Bride dress. I knew I wanted Navy but hit a wall. I had been to several stores in the Geelong area & about 10 or so in Melbourne & surrounds.I chose an Anthea Crawford navy dress off her rack. I loved the style but it was firm in areas & it felt a bit corporate.Karen was able to sorce the exact fabric & extend the firm parts with gussets & made the most beautiful cascade flowing belt which looked a part of the original dress, which took it from plain to winner!Karen was patient & helpful allowing me to suggest ideas & she would sketch it up.Very happy with my dress & I felt so comfortable on my daughters wedding day with the look & the perfect fit.Thank you!

Friendly girl working. Came for a garter, only two to choose from. Both very similar. Got one, however I don't know if that's really the style I was after. Not to worry though. I could gift it to another friend if I don't use that one.I've forever looked at the window of this shop and imagined what it would be like inside. It looked like they had plenty of dresses to choose from and a small dressing room with enough space for just one bride. Very pretty dresses in the window always.

Karen was absolutely wonderful in ensuring my dress was adjusted to fit me perfectly on my wedding day. I gave Karen and her team a pretty tight turnaround thanks to a bout of covid delaying my plans but she didn't miss a beat in promising it would be back with me one week after the fitting and one week before my big day. Karen's passion for what she does and her love for the brides she supports is evident from the first sentence she speaks. I was so glad I asked for her help and if I didn't already have my dress I would have not hesitated to ask Karen to design one just for me. Her designs are beautiful and her attention to detail is exceptional. Thanks Karen, and extra thanks for the hairpiece, earrings and purse. Our day was amazing and everything came together so well.

It's hard to put into words how wonderful my experience was at Pearls and Roses! With my wedding in just under 6 weeks - I called Karen, came in that day, 16 weeks pregnant with twins. She was so lovely and warm from the very beginning, and really listened and understood what I was looking for. I thought I would need to buy off the rack given the timing, but with timing aligning in her schedule, she was able to fit a custom gown in for me. Her amazing talent saw the gown come together beautifully and exactly how I envisioned it every fitting, while accommodating the fast growing bump! The final product was everything I hoped for and more, and I will be recommending anyone looking for a wedding gown to Karen. Being a size 26 I was very nervous about undressing in front anyone but Karen made me feel special, she made my mother of the groom outfit, even hand dying the lace to get the colour I wanted, on the day of the wedding I felt like a million dollars.
