I just wanted to give Karen and everyone at Pearls and Roses Bridal a huge shout out! I brought my wedding dress into alterations in December 2024 which was purchased from a different bridal store and I was feeling very stressed out about getting it altered. I did not trust anyone and only wanted someone working on it who was an expert. I did not have the best experience in acquiring this dress and it needed to be altered fairly quickly, due to only having 6 or so weeks until my wedding, as well as the upcoming Christmas Period. Despite needing quite a bit of work, Karen was able put my mind at ease by completing my dress alterations within 2 weeks, prior to the Christmas period. Thank you for all the work that was done on my wedding dress, including all the little attachments and handles that made working with the train really manageable for my bridesmaids on the day! I was so impressed by the work that was done on my wedding dress that I brought back my bridal mini, my bridal shower dress and my bridesmaid's dress for minor alterations as well and it was all worth it because they all looked incredible. Highly recommend this very trustworthy alterations service for anyone looking for the very best in alterations.

Amazing Geelong business, you definitely don’t need to go to Melbourne to find a wedding dress. Couldn’t speak highly enough of this place. I booked a bridal consult from a good friend’s recommendation to test out some wedding dresses to work out what styles and shapes would suit me. Not realising I would end up finding the most perfect dress for my big day. Karen who is the owner and designer picked out the most gorgeous pieces for me and putting me in the most stunning dresses and accessorising me until I knew I had found the one. She has such an amazing eye and we’re so lucky to have her here in Geelong. Plus she’s absolutely wonderful and made me and my bridesmaids feel so welcome. You need to add them to your list of places to do your wedding dress shopping!
I booked in to have my wedding dress altered after purchasing from another store in Melbourne. The staff were so lovely and welcoming at my first appointment, I felt like I was leaving my dress in the best hands.
I picked up my dress today ( super turn around especially over Christmas and new years ) and the alterations were absolute perfection. Even the care taken at my fitting just to make sure everything sat where it should was next level.

Karen has been an amazing person to work with. She is diligent and particular about every aspect of the design of her dresses. I highly recommend Karen to anyone who wants top quality design.
